The Visalia Unified School District (District) is proposing to acquire approximately 31-acres of land southeast of Visalia. The District intends to "land bank" the property in anticipation of a future need for a new middle school. At this time, the District is planning on developing the site in five to ten years. The future development of a school on the project site is not considered a part of this "project".
