Document Description
The proposed project involves conversion of ~76 miles of existing petroleum pipeline to natural gas. The Project will impact 29.25 acres of desert tortoise habitat. Project-related impacts are expected to result in the take of desert tortoise, a species protected by the California Endangered Specis Act (CESA)(Fish & G. Code Sect. 2050 et seq).
