Questar Southern Trails Pipeline Company (Questar) owns and plans to convert and operate the Southern Trails Pipeline to transport natural gas from the Four Corners area of Utah and New Mexico, through Arizona to its terminus in Southern California. The existing 693-mile pipeline is proposed to undergo construction to extend, replace, reroute, and to convert the former pump stations to compressor stations (conversion project). The conversion project will comprise a minor portion of the existing pipeline. Ongoing maintenance activities may potentially occur at any location along the pipeline.
