Universal proposes to amend CUP 1671 to allow for an increase in the amount of waste handled at the Universal facility from 1,000 tons per day (tpd) to 2,000 tpd. In addition, the applicant has requested that the CUP be amended to allow the siting of a permanent household hazardous waste (HHW) facility on the property and to expand the existing office building by 2,100 sqare feet.
