The project involves approval of a Participation Agreement to allow installation of the previously approved Arroyo Sorrento Waterline and paving of three existing dirt roads (Arroyo Sorrento Place, Tierra Del Sur, and Via Del Mar) within the exisitng public right-of-way. The roads surfaces would be bladed to a depth of one foot, then filled and compacted to eliminate existing bumps. Surfacing would consist of three inch AC paving of a 20 foot-wide road centered on the new water main. The purpose of this project is to protect the water main by preventing erosion of the water main trench and reducing or eliminating runoff.
