The Filmore Unified School District ("District") Mountain Vista Elementary School ("Project") will consist of the construction of an elementary school on a 10 acre site bordered by Fourth Street, Fifth Street and Levee Drive in the City of Fillmore, California. Access to the proposed Project will be via Levee Drive, north of Old Telegrahp Road. The purpose of the Project is to provide needed additional school facilities to meet the diverse educational needs of the District. Beneficiaries of the Project shall include District students and the community at large.
