Document Description
The Westport a Mandalay Bay project proposes development of the northwest quadrant of the mandalay Bay Specific Plan. The project area consists of approximately 58.3 acres, and was identified in the Specific Plan as the North Peninsula area. The development includes a mixed-use component with approximately 140 multi-family residential units and 14,000 square feet of visitor-serving commercial uses. Other aspects of the development include a park component, residential duplex, townhouses, and water-oriented single-family homes.
