This proposed Neg. Dec. and Initial Study for the City's Airport Overlays was undertaken for the purpose of deciding whether the recommendation for the adoption of an amendment, by ordinance to the Zoning Regulations by the City Council, concerning Airport Overlays would have a significant effect on the environment. It is our conclusion that this amendment will not have a significant effect on the environment.
