Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# R5-2002-0163) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sunshine Canyon Landfill. The applicant proposes to construct a retention/sediment basin near the landfill entrance and reconstruction of approximately 2,300 linear feet of Drainage A leading to the basin. Extend the culvert as required under State and Federal law for the closure of the City landfill. A total loss of 4.67 acres of streambed will occur.
