Revise the Solid Waste Facilities Permit to establish that landfill operations take place on 819-acres of the 1,530-acre site and to delineate a combined footprint of 699-acres in the two refuse disposal zones (Zones 1 and 1,010 feet above mean sea level in Zone 4. Increase the permitted maximum receipt of biosolids from 85 to 350 tons/day. To increase the permitted maximum traffic volume at the landfill from 1,472 to 1,797 vehicles per day. To establish a total landfill design capacity (air space) of 172.9 million cubic yards and a projected site life of about 63 years.
