Document Description
The implementation of the Prima Deshecha Landfill (POL) Zone 4 expansion. This work will involve preparation of the 473-acre Zone 4 for landfill operations by grading the area, landslide remediation, and installation of a stormwater collection and desilting system. Nine major fill phases of development (Phases A through I) will occur in the 473-acre Zone 4. Zone 4 will serve as the final refuse disposal area at POL and is expected to be active through 2101.
