Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0055) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Susan Lindquist, representing Centex Homes. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within five unnamed ephemeral drainages, tributaries to Coyote Creek, to accommodate the construction of a single-family residential development with associated public facilities, including a 5.3 acre reservoir impacting 0.11 acre of streambed. Approximately 14 acres of the 91.7 acre site will be preserved as open space.
