Document Description
The Hawks Point Project, which encompasses 91.6 acres, will be developed by Centex Homes. The project includes the development of 203 single-family residential dwelling units, open space (including a trail system and habitat preservation), and a county park expansion area on 86.3 acres in the Fullerton Sphere of Influence that will be annexed in to the City of Fullerton. In addition a 3-million gallon domestic water reservoir, pursuant to the Fullerton Water Facilities Master Plan, will also be constructed on 5.3 acres on the adjacent property in Fullerton. Project implementation required approval of the following discretionary actions: (1) General Plan Revision (GPR-00-05); (2) Planned Residential Development A-PRD-18 (Amendment A-1465); and (3) Tentative Tract Map (TR-15836).
