Document Description
Centex Homes is proposing the development of up to 210 single-family detached residential dwelling units on 52 acres. The remainder of the site (35 acres) is proposed to remain in open space. In addition, off-site improvements include a 3-5 million gallon water reservoir and a secondary (i.e., emergency) access road (and possible water main) extending from Rosecrans Avenue to the subject property. The applicant is requesting approval of a General Plan Amendment (several elements), Zone Change/Planned Residential Development, Tentative Tract Map, annexation agreement, development agreement, concept plan and (potential) abandonment of existing easements. The 87-acre site is located in unincorporated Orange County within the Fullerton Sphere of Influence.
