Document Description
The proposed project as revised is the development of approximately 15 acres located at the northeast corner of G Street and Yosemite Avenue in the City of Merced. According to the applicant, development will include a supermarket, drugstore, retail shops, and food services. A fully built-out project would have paved parking containing 815 spaces, landscaping, street improvements and connection to existing utility systems is proposed. Storm drainage will be disposed of on-site, utilizing an existing drainage basin. The applicant's stated goal is to provide services to the area that do not currently exist.
