Document Description
The project consists of the change of General Plan land use designations as well as zoning according to the proposed Bressi Ranch Master Plan. The Master Plan will provide the standard of review for subsequent discretionary development applications on the site. Along with the Master Plan is a Tentative Tract Map. Hillside Development Permit, and Special Use Permit to subdivide the property into residential, commercial, industrial, and open space planning areas and to establish the grading and main circulation system.
