Document Description
A Final Map Subdivision of an 11 acre parcel into 6 parcels ranging in size from 1.1 acres to 2.3 acres. The proposed project includes a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-screen movie theater with up to 990 seats, the development of about 10,000 square feet of retail space, and about 650 parking spaces. The parcels will be provided with full urban services. A Special Permit is requested to establish the required number of parking spaces based on levels of anticipated use. A Coastal Development Permit for the project includes off-site drainage improvements that may be required as mitigation for the project on APN 508-071-36.
