Document Description
The proposed project is a revision to the previously approved Logvy Community Park Master Plan. The Logvy Community Park Master envisions a number of physical improvements to the 10 acre property including: a sport court/fitness building, a teen/art center building, a recreation office/programming building, a pool party room building, and a new maintenance shed in the City maintenance yard. Existing facilities on the site include a community swimming pool and associated facilities, a community garden area, a City maintenance yard, and playing fields. Features originally included in the 1999 Master Plan that are being eliminated as part if this revision include the 18,700 sf community center and 8,000 sf library.
