In accordance with Health and Safety Code (HSC) section 25201.6 a Series C Standardized Permit is to be granted by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) to lonization Research Company, Inc. Milpitas, California, E.P.A. I.D. number CAL 000 175 030, for the purpose of authorizing the operation of a transfer, treatment, and storage facility to treat germicidal and x-ray equipment cleaning solutions from off-site generators. The actions to be taken at this site are defined as a "project" according to the Public Resources Code (PRC) section 21065 and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378.
