The southerly 5.5 acres is located in a Commercial (C) General Plan Land Use Designation. The zoning for the northerly portion of the site is in the Limited Agricultural district combined with the Restrictive Flood (A-1-F-2) district, with the southerly portion of the site in a commercially oriented Planned Development district combined with the Restrictive Flood (PD-F-2) district.
