This project consists of the demolition of the existing Main Street Garage located on Main Street between First and Third Avenues; the construction of a multi-plex cinema and a multi-story parking garage; and the reconstruction and enhancement of Main Street as a pedestrian access way. The proposed six story parking garage would include 185,868 square feet of parking with 450 spaces, and 3,660 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
