Conditional Use Permit to allow development of two "freestall" dairies which would involve 28,572 cattle of which 14,440 would be producing cows and the remainder would be a combination of dry cows, heifers, bred heifers, and calves. Each of the dairies will be located on 341 acres (632 acres total) of the 4,677-acre site. The balance of the site will be used for agricultural crop production.
