Document Description
The CDFG has issued an Agreement Regarding Proposed Stream Alteration (SAA #5-160-99) ("agreement") to the City of Gardena ("applicant") in conjunction with their proposal to alter an unnamed drainage, tributary to Dominguez Channel, to enhance and restore a 13.4-acre remnant marshland, referred to as the "Willows", and construct an interpretive center for public education purposes. The project will permantently impact 0.66 acre of willow riparian and 0.01 acre of freshwater marsh. The Operator will create 1.8 acre of mixed riparian forest and 0.1 acre of freshwater marsh on site.
