The City of Corona previously approved the Program EIR to implement a Recycled Water Master Plan (RWMP) to efficiently utilize treated water from its existing Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) Nos. 1 and 2 and future WWTP No. 3. The proposed project would reduce dependency on local groundwater and imported water, which currently are the main sources of water supply within the City.
