Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (SAA #1600-2013-0003-R5) to the project applicant, Ryan Companies US, Inc. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to construct Phase I. The applicant proposes to grade and fill the streambed and riparian areas using conventional grading equipment to facilitate construction of high-density housing, a 3,300 seat multiplex theater, commercial office space, and road improvements.
