Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (SAA #1600-2008-0042-R5) to the project applicant, Jesse Luevano of Ryan Companies US, Inc. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to construct Phase II of the Riverview at Santee Project. Project activities include relocation and construction of the Las Colinas drainage channel to convey storm water from the project and surrounding area. The channel wold be an earthen channel approximately 60 feet wide at the channel bottom.
