Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA # 5-178-98) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Western Pacific Housing. The applicant proposes to construct the Torrey Glen Residential Development (68 single-family residential lots and two open-space lots) on 26.8 acres of an approximate 32.5 acre site, impacting 0.97 acres of stream. Mitigation has been incorporated whereby 2.42 acres of wetland habitat will be created from non-wetlands.
