Document Description
The proposed RCWD project includes a Five-foot diameter pipeline and appurtenant structures from a new turnout located at Lake Skinner southernly along future Butterfield Stage Road and then westerly along Nicolas Toad to a terminus just east of Winchester Road/Highway 79. along the Butterfield Stage Road alignment, disturbance would generally be restricted to a 150-foot wide construction corridor, althugh upn to approximately 250 feet in width could be disturbed in some areas. Construction would include tough grading of a 60-foot wide portion of future Buterfield Stage Road. Along Nicolas Road, potential disturbance would be limited to an area 100 feet on either side of the existing road.
