Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# R5-2002-0060) ("agreement") pursuant ro Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Talega Associates, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to construct Phase II of the Talega Development, a 6,510-acre site residential and commercial development. Phase II of the development, which comprises 806 acres of the total area, contains 11.80 acres of CDFG jurisdictional streambed. This incudes 1.79 acres of ephemeral draiages, 0.06 acres of southern willow riparian habitat, 0.04 acres of a slope wetland dominated by mulefat, a 0.42 acre stock pond, and 9.49 acres of alkali wetlands.
