Document Description
The North Embarcadero Visionary Plan was endorsed by five Alliance members: Port District, City of San Diego, County of San Diego, Centre City Dev. Corp., and the US Navy. The plan provides for the revitalization of San Diego's downtown waterfront with the inclusion of an expanded promenade with various opportunities for public access, street and parking improvements, and a variety of commercial/recreational redevelopment within the plan area. The plan also evaluates the relocation of the USS Midway.
