Document Description
The California DFG is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0074-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, KB Homes South Bay, Inc., for installation of a 280-foot underground culvert pipe within an existing drainage channel and replacement of an existing metal culvert within a natural creek tributary. In total, 350 linear feet of channel will be permanently impacted.
