Document Description
The Elworthy Ranch project proposes development of a 458-acre site located on the west side of San Ramon Valley in the Town of Danville. The project is proposed by Elworthy West, LLC (project sponsor) and would involve the development of approximately ten acres of the project site with 84 single-family and 12 multi-family residences. An existing single-family home would be retained on a five-acre parcel and the remaining 443 acres of the project site would remain open space.
