Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement #5-281-00 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to construct a residential community comprised of 55 single-family dwelling units on the 17.2 acres. In addition, the project would place an 826-foot long segment of a drainage into an underground storm pipe to complete a major County of Los Angeles storm drain facility.
