Document Description
The Project involves the continued operation of an approximately 2.0-acre security Lethal Electrified Fence (LEF) that encompasses the Level III facility.
The Project will result in the take of up to three individual adult Covered Species and associated failed nests and their eggs or abandoned dependent young each year over the next 28 years during to the continued operation of the LEF. The Project is expected to result in incidental take of tricolored blackbird (Agelaius tricolor), which is designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act (CESA). The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
