Document Description
The original project was a Master Plan and related entitlements to construct a conference center, guestrooms, parking facilities, and other improvements to the Hotel Del Coronado and related public facilities. The Final Environmental Impact Report ("Final EIR") was certified by the Coronado City Council on September 18, 2001. The original project was modified via amendments to the Master Plan (2008 Amended Master Plan) and its related entitlements to allow for the relocation of the conference center and associated guestrooms and reconfiguration of the South Beach Guestrooms.
