(brief): Request for: 1) approval of a Special Use Permit to amend PSP 90-072, and 2) approval by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, of a Notice of Intent under a General Waste Discharge Order, both to establish a new dairy on a site with an existing feedlot in the AE-40 (Exclusive Agricultural-40 acre minimum) and AE-80 (Exclusive Agricultural-80 acre minimum) Zone to accommodate a maximum of 5,200 total animal units (4,200 milk cows) in a facility covering approximately 145 acres of the 839.16 acre subject site. The balance of the acreage would remain under cultivation and available for irrigation with reclaimed dairy wastewater.
