2/22/99-nop: tentative Tract No.28967 is a proposal to divide 153 acres into 471 residential units. Tentative Parcel Map No.28968 is a proposal to divide 21.18 acres into 4 parcels consisting of a 2.5 acre parcel for commercial use,1.8 acres for a fire station, 5.7 acres for a park, and a 11.2 acres for an elementary school. Amend No. 2 to DA 2 is a proposal to amend an agreement with the Coumty of Riverside which has secured certain rights to develop the property subject to that agreement. The agreement has also provided for certain public benefits. The subject projects also include a future plot plan application for a club house for a previously approved golf course (PP 14772) (KS)
