Remove existing parking lot for Fern Canyon, expand beach parking lot, and construct hiking trail from beach parking lot to Fern Canyon. Remove berms, imported rock and crushed shale, and log cribbing, rip, and rehabilitate Fern Canyon parking lot. Use imported rock and crushed shale from old lot to expand beach parking lot. Road between two parking lots will also be removed.
