Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #R5-2001-0295) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Public Utilities Commission. The applicant proposes to install and operate a fiberoptic cable line east of Pomerado Road along Highland Valley Road and Brandy Canyon Road, then north along Ysabel Creek Road, then west along Old San Pasqual Road to the intersection of Old San Pasqual Road and San Pasqual Road, San Diego County, California. The project includes boring a 14 inch steel casing with fiberoptic conduit to a depth of 30 feet below each of the six streambed crossings.
