SPA12-007: Proposal to amend the North Main Street Specific Plan (SP-99-01) to change approximately 0.47 acres from UDR to CR; 4.76 acres from UDR to MU. TTM 36451: Application to subdivide 16.82 gross acres into eight lots for mixed use residential and commercial condominium purposes and six lettered lots for roadway purposes to accommodate development associated with the proposed mixed use residential/commercial development under Precise Plan 12-005. PP12-005: Precise Plan application for the phased redevelopment of an existing commercial center involving the review of the site layout, architecture, signage, and landscaping for a proposed mixed use development (residential/commercial) on 14.48 net acres with 464 multi-family residential units (171 units in the Urban Density Residential designation and 293 in the Mixed Use designation) and 77,256 sf of new commercial and retail storefronts in the designation as proposed under SPA12-007 in the North Main Street Specific Plan (SP-99-01) on the west side of North Main Street, north of Blaine Street and south of Rincon Street.
