Document Description
The North Main Street District Specific Plan and Corona Entertainment Center project consists of three distinct elements. These elements encompass the following: Specific Plan 99-1: Proposal to establish the North Main Street Specific Plan establishing land use designations and development standards on 257.6 acres. General Plan Amendment 99-2: Proposed amendment to the Land Use and Circulation elements of the General Plan to establish consistency between the General Plan and the North Main Specific Plan. Specific Plan Amendment 99-1: Proposed amendment to the Birtcher Business Center Specific Plan deleting the 9.5 acre Planning Area 7 (Medium Service Industry) designation and incorporating it into the Business Park (BP) district of the proposed North Main Specific Plan.
