North Main Street District Specific Plan (SP 99-1); Proposal to establish the North Main Street Specific Plan establishing land use designations and development standards on 257.6 acres generally located north of North Grand Boulevard, east and west of North Main Street to the northerly city limits. GPA 99-2 is a proposed amendment to the Land Use and Circulation elements of the General Plan to establish consistency between the General Plan and the North Main Specific Plan (SP 99-1): SPA 99-1 is a proposed amendment to the Birtcher Business Center Specific Plan (SP 82-2) deleting the 9.5 acre Planning Area 7 (Medium Service Industry) designation and incorporating it into the Business Park (BP) district of the proposed North Main Specific Plan (SP 99-1). The Corona Entertainment Center is a Specific Plan subarea for which conceptual site plans exist and for which a level of CEQA analysis commensurate with development details have been undertaken,
