Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the PXP 19Z Pipeline Project. The project is limited to the installation of two (2) 6-inch pipelines which run from PXP 19Z property to PXP Star Fee property. The pipeline will cross seven (7) ephemeral unnamed drainages. Each crossing will either have pipe supports placed in the streambed, or the pipelines will span the streambed. The California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) has determined the Project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
