Project consists of modifications to the Grant Line Road/SR 99 Interchange within the City of Elk Grove. Grant Line Road interchange would be reconstructed as a partial cloverleaf interchange on SR 99. The project would include new ramps, a new overcrossing, and reconstruction and widening of Grant Line Road from the existing intersection of West Stockton Boulevard to the proposed intersection of the future realignment of West Stockton Boulevard. The project comprises two similar alternatives which are equally evaluated in the Revised Draft EIR.
