The proposed project consists of the reconstruction of the Grantline Road / State Route 99 Interchange to a type L-9 partial cloverleaf design. The project includes new ramps, a new overcrossing and construction of Grant Line Road. East Stockton Boulevard would be relocated between Emerald Lakes Golf Course and Elkmont Way. Area roadways would be realigned.
