- The Villages of La Costa Greens Neighborhood 1.6 consists of the subdivision of 36 acres into 91 single-family residential lots with a minimum lot size of 6,000 sf, 6 open space lots, and one recreation lot. In addition to the Tentative Tract Map, a Planned Development Permit is required by the Master Plan to allow for lots less than 7,500 sf. The Master Plan specifically identified Neighborhood 1.6 as a subdivision of 6,000 sf residential lots. Architectural review of the homes will be presented to the City Council at a later date as an amendment to the PUD.
