(SAA #R5-2001-0337) The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of San Marcos Creek and unnamed drainages, tributaries to San Marcos Creek to unnamed drainages, tributaries to the San Dieguito River and the San Dieguito River to accommodate the construction of the University Commons Development Project. Project activity included the development of 695 dwelling units with associated roads and utilities along with a recreational trail system. A bridge/embankment crossing over San Marcos Creek to extend Melrose Avenue is also included. The project impacts 2.53 acres of streambed.
