PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REPAIR OF THE CULVETY AND TRAIL AT TRAIL 5 IN SAN ONOFRE STATE BEACH. THE PROJECT WILL STABILIZE THE END OF THE EXISTING BOX CHANNEL, BUILD UP THE GROUND AT THE OUTLET TO PROVIDE A SURFACE FOR LOWER FLOWS TO FLOW DOWN TO THE EXISTING FLOWLINE OF THE CANYON, AND REPAIR TRAIL FIVE TO PROVIDEE BEACH ACCESS.
