PROJECT CONSISTS OF RETROFITTING THE FIXTURES, REBUILDING SOME OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS, MODIFYING THE FLOOR AND INTERIOR TO ACCOMMODATE ADA COMPLAINT FIXTURES IN THE 1940S RESTROOM NEAR THE RANCH HOUSE/GUEST HOUSE/OFFICE AREA AT WILL ROGERS SHP. THE MEN'S RESTROOM WILL LOSE TWO URINALS AND ONE SINK AND THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM WILL LOSE ONE TOILET AND ONE SINK. NO POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO THE ENVIRONMENT IS ANTICIPATED.
