PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THATCHED ROOF SHADE STRUCTURE ON THE BEACH AT DOHANY STATE BEACH. THE STRUCTURE WILL BE 16 x 40 FEET AND 18 FEET HIGH. THE FOUR SIDES WILL BE OPEN EXCEPT FOR SEATING/BENCHES AND SURFBOARD RACKS. NO POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS TO THE ENVIRONMENT IS ANTICIPATED.
